A: Initially, we discuss order and production details via email or TM. Next, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your approval. You then make a prepayment or deposit before production begins. Once we receive the deposit, we commence production. Typically, this takes 7-15 days if items are not in stock. Prior to completing production, we will contact you regarding shipment details and the balance payment. After settling the payment, we prepare the shipment.
Q: How do you handle packaging?
A: Our packaging process typically follows this sequence: 1. Plastic bag → 2. Paper box → 3. Plywood box. Custom packaging is also available upon request.
